Cut Sirloin Steak into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch thick). Then add steak bites to plastic bag or container for storage while marinating.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together to create marinade.
Pour marinade of the steak bites in container and stir or toss to make sure it covers all meat.
Place container with steak back in the refrigerator to marinate until time to cook (at least 1 hour but up to 24 hours--the longer the better).
To Grill Steak: While grill heats, place steak bites on skewers. Then grill steak until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
To Cook Steak on Stovetop: Heat a large skillet (cast iron is ideal) to medium-high heat and add 1-2 T oil to pan. Then add steak and cook in pan, turning steak bites occasionally until internal temperature of steak reaches 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
Side Options
Serve with roasted potatoes, french fries, panzanella salad, or any of your other favorite sides.
