Note: for this recipe I like to start with half of the brown sugar called for and add more if needed to avoid it being overly sweet.
- Cook 2 lb. Ground Beef with 8 cloves garlic (minced) and 4 tsp. ginger root (peeled and minced or diced small) over medium-high heat until crumbled and cooked through.
- Once cooked through, add a scant 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 tsp. Sesame Oil, 1/2 cup Soy Sauce, 4 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce or Sriracha hot sauce. Mix these ingredients into meat.
- Serve warm over rice with picked veggies and roasted broccoli.
