Easy Granola

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp salt


  1. Add 3 cups regular oatmeal to a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate dish, mix together the olive oil, maple syrup and salt.
  3. Add the liquid mixture to the oatmeal and stir well to coat the oatmeal.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread oatmeal evenly over it.
  5. Cook granola at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until just browned.
  6. Let cool and serve as a snack or add your favorite toppings: milk, yogurt, nuts, fruit, etc.
