Easy Granola

Ingredients
3 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup light olive oil (or coconut oil)
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Add 3 cups regular oatmeal to a mixing bowl.
In a separate dish, mix together the olive oil, maple syrup and salt.
Add the liquid mixture to the oatmeal and stir well to coat the oatmeal.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread oatmeal evenly over it.
Cook granola at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until just browned.
Let cool and serve as a snack or add your favorite toppings: milk, yogurt, nuts, fruit, etc.
